What is included in a standard warranty?

Customers may return unused items within 30days of the original purchase date for store credit only. All returns must be in original condition and packaging with on physical damages. Credit will be issued at the lower of the purchase price or the current price, minus shipping costs.

Is there a charge for Restocking fee?

No, we do not charge a restocking fee for items returned in resalable condition.

Why is there a restocking fee applied?

This happened if packaging is damaged or missing, then a10% restocking fee will apply.

Our general repair parts come with a Lifetime Warranty, batteries come with a 1-YEAR Warranty, tools and supplies come with a 30-DAY Warranty, pre-owned devices come with a 60-DAY Warranty, all other accessories come with a 30-DAY Warranty.

What Things void the warranty?

A warranty can be voided if a product is misused, altered, or not maintained properly according to the warranty terms.
